Accident involving school buses snarls traffic in Turner Turnpike
LUTHER, Okla. (KOKH) — An accident involving school buses has snarled traffic on the Turner Turnpike.
One westbound lane between Wellston and Chandler is blocked because of the crash.
Troopers said the buses were en route to Oklahoma City for maintenance and added that no kids were inside.
An SUV following the transport was also involved in the wreck. The person driving the SUV suffered minor injuries.
There are no updates on what caused the wreck. Both buses caught fire.
