As the car passed, deputies said the passenger, later identified as Robert Smith, looked back with a nervous stare.
While searching the vehicle, authorities reportedly found a Mossberg rifle, 6.4 pounds of marijuana stuffed in a suitcase in the trunk, and $12,000 cash.
