Expect Traffic By Santa Monica Pier Due To Road Work
SANTA MONICA, CA — Travelers in Santa Monica can expect delays and a bit of traffic due to planned construction on Ocean Avenue near the Pier starting Thursday morning.
Southbound traffic from Colorado Avenue to California Avenue will be impacted by crews installing concrete medians to separate the bike lane from regular lanes of traffic. Due to the road work, there will be reduced lanes, left turn restrictions and no street parking temporarily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday.
