Flipped Vehicle Causes Major Traffic Jam In Hartford
HARTFORD, CT — Traffic on Interstate 84 in Hartford has slowed following a single-vehicle accident featuring an overturned vehicle, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The DOT reports a 2.7-mile backup between exits 44 and 49 on I-84 east due to the crash, which happened between exits 48 and 49.

Because of the accident, the three right lanes of the interstate are closed, according to the DOT.
The accident was reported at 6:46 a.m. and it was “unknown” when it would clear, DOT officials said.
