Police presence on Route 13 near Bally’s Dover Casino Resort is holding up traffic late Monday afternoon in Dover.
The Dover Police Department said it is “investigating an incident,” but did not provide any more details. They are asking drivers to avoid the area and did not say when the traffic flow will return to normal.
Police said the investigation is separate from the shots fired reported earlier Monday near Saulsbury Road and Forrest Avenue.
