CASPER, Wyo. — A trailer filled scrap metal detached from a semi after the after tie downs failed on West Yellowstone Highway in Mills late Monday morning , according to police officials.
The trailer, apparently modified from an old tank, sat perpendicular and blocked two lanes of traffic for about half an hour around 11:05 a.m., according to Mills Police Department Cpl. Kate Acord.
There were no injuries related to incident, Acord said, but the semi driver was cited for an unsecured load.
