Traffic diverted on 590 after incident
BRIGHTON, N.Y. – Drivers should avoid Interstate 590 near the Interstate 490 split.
Interstate 590 South is closed from Interstate 490 to Elmwood Avenue due to a crash, according to New York State Police.
Police have been rerouting traffic from 590 North onto 590 South and having drivers exit at Highland Avenue.
Traffic is backed up for quite a distance.
