Traffic restrictions planned on Route 322 ramps in Dauphin County: PennDOT

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced Monday that traffic will be restricted Wednesday on the eastbound Route 322 ramp to Penhar Drive, and the Penhar Drive ramp to eastbound Route 322 in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, so a PennDOT county maintenance crew can pave the ramps.

Weather permitting, this work will be performed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday. The eastbound Route 322 ramp to Penhar Drive will be closed. Traffic should proceed east to Mushroom Hill Road, turn left, then take Grayson Road west to Penhar Drive.

A traffic restriction will be in place on the ramp from Penhar Drive to eastbound Route 322. Traffic will be shifted onto the shoulder.

Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
